The simple composition and formally plain appearance that define the architectural aspects of the building are also reflected inside, where the rooms blend with harmony and where the few materials are used in several shades of the same colour. In this balanced relationship between the interior and exterior parts of the building, the ceramic surfaces play a fundamental role in achieving a unitary whole, while differing in the functional use of the applications: the façade cladding forms the “skin” of the building and underscores a modulated spatial fragmentation over the dimensional mesh of the tiled surface, while the homogeneous flooring in the house, obtained by using large slabs, links the various rooms from a visual aspect and emphasizes the unbroken lines of the project.
